THERUMPLEDONE SUSPENSION TO BE LIFTED

In summary:

1) I will not post any code on eSignal's forum

2) I will not post any links on eSignal's forum

3) I will not mention TRO STUDIES on eSignal's forum

4) I will only post questions on the eSignal forum

5) If anyone on the eSignal forum asks me about where they can get the TRO STUDIES, I will either ignore the post or say "NO COMMENT".

I will do my best to not do ANYTHING that can be construed as DIRECTING TRAFFIC AWAY FROM ESIGNAL'S FORUM.

I will NOT help other users by answering question on the eSignal forum.

In other words, the eSignal forum will be pretty much the way it was before I started posting there.

But this matter is really bizarre when you look at the string of events...

1) I check the forum rules to make sure "gifts and donations accepted" is NOT in violation and begin posting.

2) I am told to remove the "gifts and donations accepted" line.

3) I remove the line and post my code elsewhere.

4) I am told that I can't post the link to my code.

5) I quit posting the link to my code.

6) I am told that because I post screenshots that I am directing people away from the eSignal forum because when they ask me where they can get the code and I say "PM or email me".

Meanwhile, others post links to their sites where people can pay for code but that's ok because they are business partners.

It is NOT ok for me to tell people where they can get my code for free.

It is ok to have a price tag on the outside but it's not ok to have "gifts and donations accepted" on the inside.

BIZARRE, TOTALLY BIZARRE!

THERUMPLEDONE'S SUSPENSION TO BE LIFTED, not...

Yes, THERUMPLEDONE'S SUSPENSION TO BE LIFTED if he wears this muzzle, collar and leash!
8)

Sorry to hear that you have not been appreciated for your kindness and generosity. Actually, you have been rebuffed for helping out. Ouch!

Perhaps it is time to join the C# revolution that is brewing here...

It's an evidence eSignal doesn't care about their customers getting help.

eSignal only cares about eSignal pulling money from their customers.

It's time to switch to NeoTicker and C#, Avery.

I noticed your last post in the forums (last Friday, I think), was about how similar some of your stuff was to Advanced Get. I believe IDC owns Get and must be a huge cash cow for them. That would get them to change their posting policy quick.

If you want to reach a wide audience with your code and perhaps get a lot of interaction, try posting on elitetrader.com. As a matter of fact, when eSignal goes down, I immediately go there to see what happened; it won't hit eSignal's forums for hours. Not only that but the forum guys at eSignal watch elitetrader and respond there first with updates on system status!

Do you really think they're afraid of the free TRO STUDIES?
