Sweet Seventeen Indicator

Postby jposey2 » Fri Feb 02, 2007 5:52 pm

Michal,
Can this script be converted to an NT indicator? It's the Sweet Seventeen Indicator which made me a bunch of money on another "not-to-mention" software.

jposey2,

Not sure I understand what an ROCSeries (obviously a refernce to another indicator) stands for. Is that Rate of Change?

What market(s) timeframes do you utilize it on? Do you have a picture you can post of the indicator?
Eudaimonia (pron.: you-die-moan-e-a) (Greek: εὐδαιμονία) is a classical Greek word commonly translated as 'happiness'. The less subjective "human flourishing" is often preferred as a translation.

You can go to www.wealth-lab.com and click on the "ChartScript" link about midway down the homepage. I wasn't going to mention their name as I'm not sure if you or I could get nailed....nevertheless...here it is.

Jim,

Well considering this information is publically displayed at their website (you don't even have to be logged in), that would be pretty tough for them to prosecute :)

Interesting. Obviously this is a stocks only setup - I can see why having it in NeoTicker would be such an advantage. The description that they have of the indicator makes things much more clear (at least to me - since I'm not a wealth lab user) and I would take a shot at it but I'm clueless as to what functions they are referring to with the following:

FirstActualBar - is this the first O,H,L,C or O,C or ?
TurnUp/TurnDown - not sure what these mean
trunc - not sure what this means
SetPositionPriority - not sure what this means

Any idea of what these mean?

Edward
