Distribution Plot (NT Statistics)

Calling on NT geniuses.
I am trying, for the first time, to understand and do a simple stats analysis using NT Distribution Plot.
I want to check stats on current bar high or low when compared to the prior bar high or low. I want to find out what percent of time the high of current bar exceeds the high of the prior high bar or the low of current bar is less than the low of prior bar statisticlly.
Then I would like to find out statisticlly how many much is exceeds by X pip or ticks or whatever I am trading.
Summation - I want to trade breakout bars and want to know the stats of it. This is much like TRO Trilion Dollar Startegy, but on other timeframes.
I am attaching a screen show of Dist. Plot.
I am a newbie.
