4 color fractal breakout candles

Fractal BO changes base color from red to green.
Two shades of red and green to designated up and down.
Original version had only two colors -- not distinguishing the up candle from the down. This one does, but at the expense of not coloring the wicks. This is bc there are only 4 buffers for the candles and the other 4 store the last fractal candle high, low and location.

The dots are from "Support & Resistance (Barry)" indicator and are there just to show the fractal lines and where the color change occurs.
