What do you think these indicators are?

I found this screen shot and wondered if anyone had an idea of what the two indicators are at the bottom.

The top one looks like it might be RSI with a moving average of the same.

Bottom one is perhaps a histogram version of ADX

I don't know that the indicators are all that useful but I was curious and thought I would see if anyone here had an opinion.

My understanding is that Mr Bob is a long term trend trader and the indicator in window "one" looks like a modified RSI
