The Impossible Indicator(s) ?

I'm new to trading and don't have any experience in coding MT$, so I could do with some advice from the experts out there to tell me if I'm asking for the impossible.
I'm looking for an indicator (or more than 1 maybe) that can identify and show the folloing;
3 bar high lower close - where the difference between the 3 bars is 2 pips or less and then display
- the 50% ret of the last bar
and a coloured display for the Stoch (8,3,3) which is green if value is GTE 79, yellow between 78 and 23, red LTE 22
then the same coding for 3 bar low higher close, 2 bar high lower close, 2 bar low higher close.
It would also be useful to see the trend of the market on different TF (I'm sure I've seen this done previously, but I can't recall what the indicator was called).
