Take Profit in MT4

Hi,
here comes my next question.

I want to be a Take Profit of 10 Pip in MT4 as a fixed setting pretend. Apparently, it works only by market or pending orders. I want to, but also in order that the immediate works. Is this possible and where can I enter in MT4 do? Thank you in advance and greetings
