Neoticker still working??

Hi guys
I am very interested in the Neobreadth features of Neoticker as I want to use it constructing breadth for Eurostoxx and DAX. However, there is almost no activity at the Neoticker forum and the company doesnt seem to update the program? Is it still working?
Does anyone know another similiar program that I can use to build my own breadth? Especially the TICK Indicator...
