NeoTicker questions from a potential user

I am looking at moving to NeoTicker as a backtesting/autotrading platform, and I wan't to ask a few questions of NeoTicker users.

1.) How reliable is it as an autotrade platform? Does it crash, etc.

2.) Have you found any bugs in it's Backtester? For example, does the Backtester give accurate numbers? (My current platform does not)

3.) Is there anything good or bad that I really should know before committing to it? Are there any limitations or glaring problems?

4.) Has their tech support been responsive?

5.) Are you glad you switched?

I appreciate anything you can share. If I decide to autotrade, my choices are NeoTicker, TradeStation, NeuroShell, or AmiBroker.

Idalbod

Can't comment on 1 and 2

3. I believe the docs make the learning curve much more painful than it has to be.

4. Tech. support is good and they are patient.

5. The jury is still out. I am currently having problem getting Simulation Server working properly.

Idalbod:

The key to Simulation Server is that tick data must be downloaded. To do this you have to go to Cache Manager - Historical.

The problem I am having is that the Simulation Server keeps moving forward in time for a day I choose, but the charts stop updating. This tells me that I am missing tick data. However, when I check Cache Manager it is there. I have not been able to get it resolved.
