NeoTicker Clash?

I just download and install it on my notebook(xp) and desktop(win2000). Both seem to clash after a few seconds of operation, all the NeoTicker windows just disappear without any error message. What is the problem?

I install in another desktop computer(3th one), it does not clash but can't see chart plotting.

It's always the best idea to install NeoTicker on a clean, newly installed computer if you're experiencing problems like the ones described above.

not many people has the kind of luxury.
by the way, all my 4 computers are newly reinstalled one week ago.

OK, but from the zillions of icons on your desktop and in your taskbar I assume that those computers are not "clean", i.e. there's not just the freshly installed OS.

One of the problems that might arise is when you have installed an incorrect version of NeoTicker. I.e., your license is "lease" and you installed "permanent" or vice versa. But this should not work at all, which means that NeoTicker would only get to the splash screen and then it would exit (as was happening to one of my clients).
