Hi, I've started trading stocks last Friday on DEMO and here is what I know.

I am unable to short-sell most stocks, so what I did was go to finance.google.com and look at their "worst performers" for the week. I checked them out and wrote down the stocks that had bullish technicals.

I found AIG, and went long @59.5 this morning, sold @60.5 made 3.2% on the 2million dollar demo.

If it's OK with TRO, I'll occasionally post more stocks in this thread using the same method.

Adios!

i figured out why stocks are so easy...

stock traders are more stupider than currency traders!!!

I feel like I've been in boot camp for the last couple years with FOREX.

The boat starts to tip and WOAH everybody runs to one side until every last moron has bought into it.

The ironic part is, if If someone came to me wanting to start trading, I would recommend forex over stocks, because it's easier. HUH!?!?!?

What kind of bullish trends are you looking for after the stock has dropped?

I could write a book answering that question. Let me ask you a question though, would you buy this Yahoo top price % loser tomorrow morning?

These charts are zoomed in quite a bit to closer show the price action. Zooming out you can get a better picture of the stocks "life". This particular stock has a sad story to tell indeed.

By the way, DO NOT BUY THIS STOCK.

I'm mainly talking about bar patterns. Support and resistance levels etc.

Here is a trade on 1 minute, RIMM

Same concepts used here too.

this time fame is fun because you watch the prices his support, stall, form a pattern or not, reverse and go back up.
