There is a simulator contest at Zach's ongoing, and there is a fellow Java J who is burning it up. He has taken 100000 and is now up about 15x with stock trades, 53 trading days, about 14 trades/day.

So far he has traded about 150 stocks, and few market orders, mostly limit orders, and almost never before 10AM, as opposed to TRO who almost never trades after 10AM.

Is there any comment as to the screening he is using. I presume that he has a generated list of stocks and scans them for breaks up or down.

I glanced at his portfolio and history. I'd rather do it TRO's way. Buying/holding 61,000 shares of stock is not my idea of fun. I guess I'm just a scalper looking for $1,000 per day. Check out the MSheiner post from TRO for a way to turn out some serious cashflow.
