forum security protection features - important!

Hello, I am reposting your questions:
There is a very strong anti-cracker and anti-brute-force-attacks engine behind the new forums at kreslik.com.
The good news is that our forums won’t get brought down by an attack from the internet and that our posts are very safe in the database.
Alas, this brings some inconvenieces, too. The problem you are talking about is caused by a LoginProtection System, which requires Visual Confirmation during Login to protect from Brute Force Attacks.
But this LoginProtection is activated only if you login each time manually. This is the way hackers would try to get into the system. To avoid entering the visual confirmation code each time you log in manually, just check the checkbox
„Log me on automatically each visit“
in the „log in“ dialogue. Then you won’t see the Visual Confirmation any more.
I have now set up the visual codes to be more readable, but I don’t think it’s a good idea to turn this login security feature off.

Is that normal?

I have logged in about 10 times without trouble.
