Allows you to use Trade station for free?
IB?
What about NEOTicker? What broker offers it?

If you want to use TS for free trade their minimums with their broker and you'll get it for free.
You can use any of the supported brokers with NT (IB, MB, EFX etc.)

TradeStation IS their own broker for Futures and Stocks. They use Gain for Forex.
NeoTicker obviously doesn't have their own broker, but allows you to use several popular brokerage choices.
