TRO PLOT

The plot thickens...LOL!

Simple indicator to plot the user inputs. You can use values and/or functions as inputs.

Another tool you can use to test things... K.I.S.S.

This one has 7 user inputs... you can always add more if you need them.

Works in radarscreen too!

You're welcome, ZDoc!

Sometimes, a very SIMPLE tool will do the trick and that's what TRO PLOT is.

PLOTTING THE YEARLY, MONTHLY, WEEKLY, DAILY HIGH/LOW

Ok, so I guess I could use a few more plots..LOL!

But only because this is SIMPLE.

Plot the high and low for the current and previous year, month, week and day.

I loaded TRO PLOT twice, once for the highs and once for the lows.

I used a different style to represent year, month, week and day.

SIMPLE YET EFFECTIVE.

TRO PLOT A

TRO PLOT A will alert you.

The alert type is user controlled.

Options are iPrice compared to iPlotX:

1 = GT, 0 = EQ and -1 = LT.

The value of iPrice ( default close ) will be compared to the value of each of the Plots.

When the compare is TRUE, the alert will sound and/or display ( that's up to the user too).

The message is user controlled too.

Default compares price to the various HIGHS. If price above then alert.

Be careful or things can get pretty noisy!

You don't have to be a programmer to create your own indicators... just use TRO PLOT.

TRO PLOT - SHOW ME THE PIPS!

I use TRO PLOT to show me how many pips I could have made had I entered the trade at the previous day's midpoint.

The horizontal lines are set at Midpoint +/- 3 pips.

With TRO PLOT there is usually no need to code another indicator.

Isn't this another version of the Evaluator?

NO.

The TRO EVALUATOR inputs must evaluate to TRUE or FALSE and it doesn't plot the values.

TRO PLOT is a tool that you can use to quickly plot values on a chart.

Both are really very simple from a coding standpoint but the real power lies in the hands of the user as to what they can do.

You have to wonder why TradeStation didn't supply tools like these in the first place!!

I guess they want to torture you with ( not so ) Easy Language...LOL!

CREATE YOUR OWN BUYZONE

I noticed SEPR got crushed today and bounced off a bottom.

I was thinking it would have been a nice GRIDIRON trade. The I was thinking what if I put the buyzone on each 60 minute candle. I think the TRO_BUYZONE_P might work but TRO_PLOT does the job!
