More data mining visualized across a spectrum, teriific!

ONE SUGGESTION: It would be cool if the date could be set so that upon entering the start or end date (whatever you call it depending on your perspective) at the top, that the next bottom row dates would automatically fill up one day regressed for as far back as one wanted to go----e.g., 2 weeks, 12 weeks, or 24 weeks if you are really ambitious.

BASICALLY, the date action would function like your MULTI-FREQUENCY indicators, making life easier by letting the computer do the tedious date data-entry work while we continue to look for patterns and market holes.

Also, looking at the logic of this wonderful mapping tool, it looks like we are somewhat limited in the TRO 24 hour day to 1 hour blocks and 1 hour candle-sizes. Why not have the option for 10 minute or 15 minute or even half hour blocks be mapped and disected accordingly (as those are more realistic times to be in the trade and still reasonable to code WITHOUT getting too dicy and flimsy with lower timeframes like the popular 5 minute interval)?

I think this would be useful to identify just where to nibble in our discretionary or programmed trading efforts.

Keep up the good work!

Well, I'll do the best I can, though frankly I wouldn't (and don't) know where to begin with your complex codes. I am still a tyro in this business, taking days to hammer out the simplest of codes, which probably would take you 5 minutes. No kidding. Otherwise, I would already be doing fully automated trading, I suppose. (Working hard to get there.)

I remember you were always curious what people think about your indicators and how they use them. Hopefully, you found my feedback constructive, which is what you've always said in the past you like. To be sure, I have said that these recent Slot machines of yours are excellent tools as they stand. Glad to see you innovatnig with gusto after all these years; you obviously love what you do.

Actually, Avery, after some more testing, I retract that second request. I'm not going to bother now with it either, and it fulfills it's purpose well without that adjustment.

A date start/end input, the first suggestion, however, is needed, and I'll work on that instead. (Any tips on the quickest way to doing that is also appreciated. I'm thinking of going through another one of your codes and splicing a start/end date input into this one, as the quickest method.)

Take care and keep up the good work!

Actually, there is a start date input.

It's 24 hours so you don't need an enddate...lol

Maybe, I am missing something. It's 24 hours, yes, but what if you want to list 24 hours results for GBPUSD going back 365 days or 2 years, as you've done for 5 days? That's my dillemma.

You would have to add a line for each day.

This is a RADARSCREEN indicator.

What you want is a REPORT.

Turn the indicator into a strategy and dump the data to a file and import that file into Excel.

Then you'll have what you want.
