opening prices for the majors?

Postby kered226 » Thu Jun 21, 2007 1:14 am

using efx with quotetracker in a demo account.

Trading usd/jpy, eur/usd, gbp/usd, aud/usd, and usd/chf have it set up for buyzone..

what do i set my time on my opening price to?, in quote tracker and or EFX.

One would imagine the opening prices displayed on QT are direclty related to opening prices for EFX.

I currently have it set to Tokyo time (gmt +9)

Does it matter? is that time frame ok for some currency pairs but not others in reagrds to opening prices?

Im just trying to get some kind of constants down so i can deal with the variables better.

Thanks

Thanks for the link....

Ive seen that many times on searches through these forums.

I get the idea of the time zones for different markets, when theyre active, etc.

I was asking more for charting purposes.....meaning, what would be the correct time to set the opening price when using the buy zone?
