im glad my day is mostly done now
im really pushing myself today

i might pop in once or twice during the US
but other than that i think im done
got a few long(er) term ones on es and euro
didnt post them ---- its too much
overall very good day
i need to go through a few things back
like that last bullsht breakout

Took about 5 ticks heat.
Definitely feeling the multi-timeframe analysis
multi-timeframe + zero lines + money management =

Alias ..when you get time look over the last few months of the ES open ...many times there is a 123 setting there . If it doesn't trigger at the open ,you can use the alert that you sent me last yr ..Just an idea for your swing trade discussion ...
