Scalping is expensive but it works.
There was a couple longer term trades in there but mostly scalping.

Rolling over 500 contracts ...wow . d
Does your broker give a discount at a certain # of trades ? ..Nice work man .. :smt023

Ya there is tiered volume pricing it goes by contracts traded not actual trades.
Wierd it seems like it would be hard making that many trades but it went by quick.

Guess pawel took the day off.
I kinda did also. I was doing some testing
The past 2 days I was scalping the NQ for about 300 ticks after fees.
but the volume on the NQ is not very thick so u need that many ticks to make it worth while.
I figured I must condition myself to trade the ES.
The moves are smaller than the NQ and CL so I'll need to train myself to take a few ticks instead of 8 to 20 like the NQ.
My results for today was 24 ticks after commission and I did trade small since I am practicing.

Speaking of training and practice. I checked out that new micro ES and it is tradable.
For someone that wants to get their feet wet in futures the margin is about $50/contract and its $1.25 a tick
I believe the fees are about $1 r/t and data for just the MES is about $5/month.
My friend asks me about trading futures and that looks like a nice starting point to learn.

I didnt look at the DOM but when I traded it the spread was 1 tick and could slip to 2 ticks, but mostly 1 tick. I would think it will gain more volume its only been out for a few days.

I’m interested in micro futures, this a revolution and maybe it could even bring back the people who migrated to cryptos.. I don’t know.
