TRO2009_MO_mfAR how to use it?

TRO or anyone who has any idea how to use this new TRO indicator can you please explain it? On what time frame, SL TP etc etc?
Please don't send me to MightyOne topic, i know he uses it but anything he says it black magic to me so I would prefer some simple explanation.

You'll have to ask MightyOne.

I just coded it to his specifications and then he tweaked it some more.

He was kind enough to let me include it in the donational package.
