Re: Three charts
Seems you spider senses were spot on on after all
May I ask how are you defining the 2d extremes you pick to trade off? If you take a 4 hour chart and zoom out so the individual candles are not visible would you still have picked the same one?, in this case and some of the previous trades?
(i thought this when I saw the previous cad charts also btw, but wasn't feeling sociable back then )
Just some thoughts / interaction.
Keep up the good work.

1. Big loss, 2. Small Loss, 3. Big Win, 4. Small Win --- just prevent 1.

Thanks a lot for coming to this thread, Withnail!
I'm basically trying to teach myself how to trade using MO's teachings, but I'm very much a beginner so I don't have a clear criterion of what I am looking for (besides the obvious, 2D+). That being said I look for prior hard rejections and also look at price in the moment. I feel both are very important.
I have looked at some of my previous trades in light of your advice and I see your point, very much appreciated, thank you.
Re: Three charts
Price moves a hundred & hundreds of pips from one long term extreme to the other.
Price cannot rise on wicks, neither can it fall without closing lower.
Ideas, Ideas made possible through 'space' & triggered by logic.

Re: Three charts
For those interested here is a site which offers charts of currency indexes:
https://www.mataf.net/en/forex-charts/c-index
The indexes are based on percentage changes of the various pairs instead of applying weighting factors, which makes sense in my mind.
So, the idea is to find one currency A which is bound to go up and another B which is bound to go down and then check the chart of A/B or B/A.
Example: CHF seems to be going up after hitting a long Z-line, and USD seems to be topping out. Here is a chart of USD/CHF:
I plan to include this in my trading to hopefully find the best opportunities.
I will let you guys know how it works out.

Re: Three charts
USD/CHF
Got lucky with this one, plan to hold it as I need to practice letting things run..
Edit: exited, seems to be going up

Re: Three charts
AUD/USD - attempting this one
Edit:
I'm letting this run, which I have problems with in general, so I have put the stop in and closed the platform
If you are reading this, I wish you a nice weekend.

Re: Three charts
Just for the record, in case anyone is reading: I exited the trade above pretty early, couldn't let it run.
