That's true Arkan but units CAN be lots That just depends on how big the account is
The Insanity indi will actually work it all out for you - you put the box on and size it and it tells you lot size - all you have to tell it is the amount of dollar risk (so you have to work that one out as a % of your account) - it works it out for the whole size of the box though so, you could use that in combination with the fib tool - change the size of the box to line up with one of the fib lines and voila it will tell you how many lots for n units.

Mo says that you must cut losses quickly, and if I´m short and the pirces closes above something, then I´m wrong.
Yeah, I agree with that. Just not neccesarily the placement of the something. If something is the same line as the entry line then why use so much space?
i see that makes sense now thanks arkan, i understand that now you make much easier to understand wiht your pictures.
But im still not sure how to actually use those levels and how they tie in with IF/THEN line. Is it possbile to do another little pic ?
Im think if going to jump at if/then line or 40% whats point having them units marked up.
Thanks Arkan its start to make more sense

you are right , the space and lots are inversely proportional.
then fibtool is a tool for make the space/lots graphically.
Then when you see in the right 04,05,06,08,12,20,00 that are units and not lots.
Example :
your account 1000$
your risk 1 %
your box ( depends TF) 40 pips
then 1% *1000$=10/40 = 0.04 lots
Box Lots
40 pips = 0.04 lots
32 pips = 0.05 lots 4/5*40
26 pips = 0.06 lots 5/6*32
20 pips = 0.08 lots 6/8*26
13 pips = 0.12 lots 8/12*20
8 pips = 0.20 lots 12/20*13

not always the something is the same point of entry.
When i see a breakout i put a pending order in "something" with 05, and if i see that the price don´t reach that zone then enter with 04 .
now for exemple i´m trying again a short ...
Remember i lost -3 pips, but i only resize my box, with the same lots.
Ahh friends and i never win , remember !! but i don´t desist

As news was saying:
$1000 account: min size is 4 micro
$2000 account min size is 8 micro (4 x 2)
$3000 account min size is 12 micro (4 x 3)
etc
even though you trade 12 micro with a 3k account it is still 4 units.
It is very hard to consistently make more pips than you lose.
When you make 20 pips, you should have 25-30 or 60+ space to work with.
And when you are down to your last 10 pips then you should find the stored space in your lots:
(08/04) * 10 ---> 20 pips
(12/04) * 10 ---> 30 pips
(20/04) * 10 ---> 50 pips
(30/04) * 10 ---> 75 pips
(36/04) * 10 ---> 90 pips
"I can increase my lot size on a RET to a crazy number, lose everything to my last 10 pips,......and still have more space than I started with?"
YES.
It is less risky to increase your lot size (on a ret) than it is to leave it unchanged.
(5/4) * 10 ---> 12.5 pips.
05 lots may seem to be the safer choice but it is not.

Then Mo, is best when I lost pips, always reduce my lots and amply my space ?
