The ideas that I trade by:

1) a 21 SMA of the median price shifted 21 (orange line on the main chart).

2) the closest line to the PA of the 18/21/108 Ichimoku cloud

3) 2 SMA of the prev. indicators data crossing the 14 SMA shifted 15 on the Stochastic indicator (This is more like the AO than the MACD).

I am just keeping an open mind and looking into dchappy's "1-2-3 MACD" method.

1) When the 2 SMA crosses the 14 SMA shifted 15 then you will see an AO or MACD cross.

2) When the price or 2 SMA (no shift) enters the cloud then you will see a MACD cross.

For the time being, I am just looking at it as an exit strategy.

When (previousOpen + currentOpen)/2 crosses into the cloud then that is your MACD signal.

Previous open cross, what does that mean?

It mean price has returned to where it started.

Price has "ZEROED OUT" the previous candle(s).

I am 54 pounds lighter since starting Keto; I still have "padding" on my stomach but I wouldn't call myself fat.
