Idea's that i train by:

Pump it full of blood.. then rip it apart :D

Example: chest.. flat bench with low reps high weight.. incline with medium reps and weight.. some drops sets on machines then rip it apart with a bunch of diffrent angle flies.

I use this mentality when summer is approaching.

Im a DC disciple. 1 set per muscle group, add weight or reps every workout. Every now and then I'll do some westside style routines. Aiming for a 400+ bench/500+ squat/600+ dead by next year.

Sounds like the monster 20 rep squat training philosophy.
I did HIT for about 15 yrs after H.S.
Full body, 3x a week either increase reps or load.
Took about 9-12 weeks before I'd "hit" (pun intended) a wall and have to reset back to lighter weights and build up again.

Then moved to xfit type workouts for about 8 yrs.
Got bit by the oly lifting bug and my goal was 250# cj and 200# snatch before I expire.
Hit #250 pretty quick but only #190 snatch.

My best PL#'s around 19yo just after my senior year were
400# dead, 380 Sq, and 280 bench.

Those days are long gone, my spine tweaks easy now.

Time for the Look good naked plan.
Max performance is out the window.

What's your age V8? I'm a 69 model 383...(could be 318 now though). Haha.

The refference to engine sizes was a joke,
Was curious your age.
31 is a good age.
I thought 23 was my prime, and as the years pasted...
then 25,
then 29,
then 32,
then 35,
I know for a fact 46 is not. LOL

Hour, 4 hour, daily, weekly, whatever.

Simply draw a line and trade away from it using a small chart.

Until you get a body closing over one way AND not closing over the other way you should be thinking about short-term profits.

Thanks MO, I feel I have to ask a question now!

That is an Interesting chart as I would only be looking for a place to short

Am I looking at this correctly

If this was and H1 chart you would be looking at both L and S- from a body over and fail to close under breakout for a long and a body over and a wick failing to close back under the previous midpoint?

And for a long I would be looking to be aware of a possibe exit at one of those two higher levels
?

really sorry for being so thick

I seem to have missed the midpoiint thingy entirely  - or is it just a handly place to draw your line in the same place, consistently?
