I just happened to reread the blind mouse thread this weekend so I was looking at that plus some of your other ideas for trying to catch the yearly extreme.

I have found better ways since then, a multipronged approach that targets smaller waypoints.

Using the current 21.153% waypoints:

Always look to double a $minimum size entry (anything doubled can be halved).

If $min & no double, liquidate in profit.
$min times 2, 4, or 8 for up to 55 pips: liquidate at any price <55 pips, if 55 (+4, 8, or 16%) then reduce size by 50% & see what more
I can get. Any pips above 55 may be used to add another pair.

Revert to $min for hundreds of pips (+21.153%) if I hold a stop from a monthly extreme or breakout
(a small price to pay for the possibility of an effortless waypoint).

I make no claim that this is the best way, it is just my way.

Ok now I see a double failure. But you have your line connected from the 1st horn, to the head. Which runs through the 2nd horn. I feel like you presented it to me in a line chart for a reason, but I am not sure. I feel like the 3rd horn is key. That it possibly could give you a false breakout signal, but you then know not to take it.

Yes I know you always have some fancy(good) MM and that is still on my to do list. While I don't do anything like you currently, I still start with 0.5% risk and gain profit cushion. I also break up my entries and do simple add on, like a rat trade with momo.

Saw you have dropped about 40 pds. Congrats and you did it with a keto. Whether it was a true keto or not that is awesome. But let me give you some MO advice for the weight loss. If you think you have 10 pds more to go, aim for 20. Everyone always underestimates their bodyfat. Also hold that weight for as long as you can (at least a few months). If not, once you start eating normal again you will put the weight right back on. At the end of Feb, I start my 6 month diet. I should lose 3-4 pds of fat a week, while gaining 1-2pds of muscle each week.

Here is a pic of me squatting 585 pds

I think half as much as people think I do

If this thread were "the rules I live by" then you would expect detailed lists, but because this thread is "the ideas I trade by"
you need only look at the picture and let an idea grow within yourself.

Ah damnit MO, I knew you were going to say that. Haha. Alright tho. Any hints or ideas to expand on it. I learn best by actually seeing it happen on charts. I was the type of kid you told the stove was hot, but I still touched it to see.

I think you have said earlier that the idea of space eliminates problems
faster than they can grow.

Do you find that the road to profitability is a narrow one, with little room for error,
or is there an abundance.

I think you have said something like "what would you do if you knew you could not fail?" - is it like that?

If you are waiting for the chart to make you a profitable trader then you will be waiting a long time.

Thoughts combined with belief and emotion in the now == action
Change the thought/ belief and you change the emotion and the action.
You can only change the emotion by changing the underlying thought/belief.

Place a Positive or negative in front of thought and you can also apply that to the answered equation above.
What you think is what you get- Even if it is not what you want (or say you want).
Your deep thoughts contain the answers to all your questions.

This is probably way to much information for many- But here you go anyway...

Valentines day wasn't the greatest,
we have a little nuggie that keeps things interesting and busy.
The kids have a huge problem with (actually the parents have the problem as the kids are oblivious) picking up after themselves.

My wife came home this morning from work and said:
"Most things in life are blown way out of proportion and really are no big deal at all"

There was a beautiful and extremely sweet little girl 7yrs old that had inoperable brain cancer.
The father was laying in bed with her running his fingers through her hair before she went into the first round of chemo.

Fear of loss is real.
