I usually had bad experiences "going for broke".
The concept of space from a money management
aspect is similar to a poker tournament. You buy in
to a 30 man game with less than 1% of your bankroll
and you leave when you are out of chips or win.
Thats just my interpretation of what MO has shared. In
addition he has creative entry, adding and exit methods
to go along with it.
Im sure you can use stacking with it.
Years ago I read how Chris "Jesus" Ferguson would risk 5%
per game.
That is a plan to risk 5% over several decisions, but all in
if that is the best play.
Does this sound familiar?
He never allowed himself to buy into a cash game with more than 5% of his bankroll. If, during that game, his stack was more than 10% of his bankroll, then he had to leave the table, immediately.
I dont think i read that about him. It is definitely risk control.
