By max out... Do you mean whatever the leverage of your broker allows? Having 300:1 would mean that you add until no more lots are possible? :roll:

When I say 'max' I mean that your leverage is equal to the remaining % that you are targeting.

39%: 39:1
26%: 26:1
13%: 13:1
<10%: 9 or 10:1

Once you reach 'max' then your target is within 100 pips.

I will make a Keto thread...eventually.

My body started rejecting the Ghee, I guess it is not a fan of butter :lol:; I just had the feeling of not
wanting to eat my eggs when they had a buttery taste.

Today I used coconut oil to cook my egg yolks (no they do not taste like coconut!) and they went down
the hatch with ease.

Today's breakfast:

9 egg yolks cooked in coconut oil (~600 calories)

Peppermint tea w/ 2 TBSP of coconut oil, 1 heaping TBSP of Stevia, & a dash of sea salt (~250 calories)

K1, K2, Magnesium 250, D3 10000, C.

D3 you should take with calcium. Magnesium only with B-komplex. Then your body will accumulate more.
Please remember that calcium and magnesium give you "null", so you need 4 hours break between calcium and magnesium.
I also eat omega 3-6-9 with E-komplex. I also suggest add rutin and lecitin.

If 39% is the target then stop at 39:1

If your account is up 13% then you only need
26:1 to reach your target quickly, but you can still
go as high as 39:1.

Do you need 39:1 to make your last 13%? Probably not.

You guys might as well add 2 ma's and a Bband to your plate. LOL

Eat meat, veggies, nuts, seeds, some fruit, very little starch and no sugar.

I lifted weights in the AM, then worked in 100+ degree heat for 10hrs straight, came home and did a 12 min. EMOM of paused Snatches working up to 90%.

Today I had
a few raspberries,
2-3 handfuls of nuts,
5-6 turkey and cheese rollups with mayo.
A powercrunch bar
3- 1/3lb burger patties with cheese and mayo
2 pickles
And a chicken leg that one of the kids cooked in the oven while I was @work.

krill, fish oil, D3, C, with my morning coffee.
Along with 1/2 scoop protein and a scoop of butter and coconut oil.
Forgot the zinc, magnesium, and B vits......
In reality, this stuff has never had any effect on me one way or the other...........Placebo/waste of $$ I'm guesssing. hahahah

I actually ate more than I thought,
But now I'm headed to the fridge.
Hmmmmmm let's see. ;)

blueberry and blackberry preserves.

Meats produce high acidity,
Raisins the opposite.
Ill take my chances. LOL.
Oh, and what about high Iron for men?.........better be giving blood.
