Everything is not used all of the time, but some things are used some of the time.

'Advanced' skills are not used where there is clarity, but where there is uncertainty.

The first sign of uncertainty (chaos) is the formation of a cone.

If you are fully un-certain then by contrast you are also fully certain.

This week was very interesting for me, cones, cones, cones 8) I belive that each day I draw them better.
I have problem with AUDJPY, each time I'm not sure, I need more practice.

THANKS for sharing ideas.

And no, I see price break out of the cone.
Sometimes going big distance sometimes not.

M5?/ M10?
Better to just look at a weekly candle. ;-)

I'm just putting this out there for anyone who is interested.

It doesn't really matter to me if it becomes lost forever

BTW, you don't remember when I posted that 'cut & project' picture in your thread?

No,
I remember the protractor pic, and the protractor is still in my desk drawer.

What I would now like built is a "sweetspot" indicator that draws lines @15 degree angles.
Only settings would be how many lines above/below price and the distance between them.

Then.
Any time I see certainty that is becoming uncertain I can click that area (wedge or congestion) and a cone will appear projecting outward to uncertainty.

Wink wink.

Btw,
M5 charts? Really.
I trade dailys.
Only thing an m5 chart is good for is prophesying future PA and having it happen before I can finish my prophesy.
Or at least get the pic posted in time.

That is why it really belongs in the "Ideas that I trade by section" :D

The idea is simple:

trade to and from the median lines marked by the arrows (cone lines) & look for confluence at the projections (in blue)

Even if you don't actively use it, there may come a time when you drop down and say "you know what, I don't think that my short is going to work out".

Trade what you SEE.

Don't you remember the TRO_SPOKES indicator?

Yes,
but that's not it.
Must look something like Sweetspots gold but only drawing lines @15 degree angles both ways.
The angles in brlow pic are guesstimates and the cones are just for illustration purposes only.

I guess you could make it have preset median and external channel lines too. That way it would mimic pitchforks after a cone is popped into place. (cone being the median line of each channel)

MO,
I finally see your see saw motion.
I still don't see a use for it and price prediction.
price moving above lines....then it must be goin up.
Down? Maybe it's going up. LOL
