By clicking the 'buy-buy-buy' button & normalizing risk of course!

Hit a target, get out, reset space, move on to the next.

By 'target' I simply mean the point at which I reset my space; it is not just one trade that is held to a target.

It is easier than it looks :)

# of targets to +1 Zero:
33.4%: 08
58.5%: 05
115.5%: 03

Example:
3 Targets of +115.5%

$2000 - $4310
$4310 - $9288
$9288 - $20015

Did you pick 8,5,3 for a specific reason?

Its a fibonacci sequence - but I am also lost

i noticed that after i posted.
i understand it perfectly, but wonder if there is a reason for that choice

Sorry Aliassmith - deduct the word "also" from me post :)

I didn't understand it at all - but now i have something to work on :)

MO language

+1 zero is 10x your account

33.4% is target based on current account size

08 is the number of cycles per year needed to hit the target
to make 10x your account

There's some lovely, concise translation work you've done there aliassmith - I did manage to work out the top one - the easy one.

Thanks

Only now I cant help wondering just what math MO used to work out the percentage required to add a zero in 21 - I don't want the answer - just the formula :) :)

(And it's not even important - just, as I'm not naturally gifted at math - I still like to know how its done)

I don't follow. What do you mean by 21?

(1+percentage)^cycle=10
cycle root of 10 - 1= percentage

sorry

my bad grammar

21 trades to add a zero to the account - was what I should have said - I only chose 21 as its the next in the fib sequence

i think you may have posted the formula i need anyway

Its not number of trades. Its number of cycles.

Quite right - I've been trading space 2 years now and I interchange the words trade and trade sequence. - my laziness don't help the other forum members.

I have not drawn a pennant in a very long time; probably because the cone is the only formation that is hostile to traders.

OK this is interesting

So what you are saying is " Although price looks like its being rejected to the upside - actually what we can be sure of is that price is failing to close lower than something to the downside.

so we may interpret that the wicks may be clearing supply for a move up?

I probably got it arse about face - but it keeps the thread moving nicely along

Even with the rejection of higher prices the chart still needs to close lower than 'something' to gain the momentum to reverse.

'Bodies show the way', without bodies there can be no trend.

If you have a long term BO and price reverses then you can trade short, but you still need the candle to close lower than the extreme & the chart to follow through with a close lower than 'something' on a bear candle.

Thank you for the post.

BTW how is it possible that my chart is so different than yours?
I have never seen a difference like this before.
