Maybe something simpler for me. I see the double hook and place my angle cutting it. Then find its downward opposite angle. Then a channel and a median line. This kind of correct?

Haha. Far from it, but I do think its about rinse, repeat and see what price does. The thing that is so hard for me to grasp angles is there seems to be no hard set rules.

Let me ask this. Is it less about the hundreds of possible angles that could be drawn and more about the few that cross area's of interest?

The reason you want smaller angles is that the angles on smaller time frames are real steep when you look in a larger time frame...

It also gives a large channel to trade off of on a large time frame equaling large gains...

It also give credence to confluence...
