Did you ever revise the manual?
I just downloaded the free version from the thread above, because I am not smart enough to find it in the downloads on the home page.
I assume the one above is the older version since there were only three charts.
As I get farther along in my studies, I will probably send you a stipend for the Dummies version.
thanks

gecko,

Check out the CraigAudio Trading the BuyZone on the ER2 thread. The ER2 works very well with the BuyZone.

Eudaimonia (pron.: you-die-moan-e-a) (Greek: εὐδαιμονία) is a classical Greek word commonly translated as 'happiness'. The less subjective "human flourishing" is often preferred as a translation.

How come The Buy Zone Manual isn't available for download anymore? I'm able to download and open every other document on this site that I've tried, but this one isn't showing up for me.

Thanks,

Frank

When trading the NY open for the USD/JPY Buy zone, could you tell me how many times you were stopped out and how many times you were able to get 4 pips in the last 3 months each day at 5:00am?? I do not have TS or other back testing software right now.

Thanks.

Is it likely that "ideal" BuyZone values are changing over time? I mean was it 4 points for the whole statistics testing interval or was it moving like 5 points for 2006 and 4 for 2007???

From my research it seems that ideal value is changing over time.

My problem is that TRO and Michal claims that all the work has been done with statistics for us and that there is no need to reinvent the wheel and so on. It is not working for me - if Inet will go under or something other very bad happened I still want be able to recalculate stats again.

Would it be possible to reveal how stats were calculated and on what interval? I do not need exact numbers - just recalls from memory are fine... ;-)

Interval? It was done on a tick by tick basis. You can't get any more accurate than that.

We ran so many different statistics on price behaviour.
