I used MO's logic but put it in a format that was more usable for me. The blue areas are what needs to be updated per trade. Everything else is calculated.

MO, nice MM concepts here... correct MM is vital for succeeding in this business, as it is the spine of trading. Thanks again for your inputs.
I have a question here... when you place an order, at that time your entry line is one extreme of the pipcushion box. The question is if it remains fixed at that point, or is movable according to the watermark price is drawing? This way you can reduce even more your risk by controlling retracements, don't you?

You control when you are in/out of the market, lots size, and space.
Remember that an adjustment sets your position on a ret; your first entry sets your position in the market at the 100% ret (max risk).
You can move your position out of harms way by shedding lots:
(7/5) * space = 40% more space = a position further away from the current price.
