Hello George,

i have marked an area from your picture, is there a missing line here or it is hidden by the bigger timeframe thicker lines?

best regards.

Hi George and Zhao,

Its either
1-hidden by thicker lines
OR
2-its just missing due to the calculations.

For no.2 i'm tempted to run a function to manually fill these, but it might cause more problems.

#1
Channel Size : Contracting
Channel Boundaries : Intact
Trade direction of strong break
Trader : Trade this, just watch out for the retracement coming later

#2
Channel Size : Contracting
Channel Boundaries : Broken
Wait for a retracement then trade resume (insert direction here) break
Trader : Trade this, this is the best entry IMO

#3
Channel Size : Expanding
Channel Boundaries : Intact
Trade incoming (insert direction here) bounce
Trader : Trade this, price has overextended itself and will retrace soon

#4
Channel Size : Expanding
Channel Boundaries : Broken
Wait for a retracement then trade resume (insert direction here) break
Trader : This is hard to trade as price is very erratic. But do watch its retracement back into the channel. If upper timeframes support the retracement, trade it.

#5
Same as #1 but Channel is not slanted up/down, but is generally even. Just trade what you see happens.

FYI these wave analysis and price action setups aren't new. Both observation and advice from other traders will tell you these setups do exist. And you do not need my indicator to see these, although admittedly speaking, the indicator makes it easier to see these setups.

CCsbrtor_TrendTrader_SemiAuto_FULL v11.0 - 02 Nov 2011
added Rat Trap for precise entries (Thx TRO)
added Entry Variables
fixed channel logic minor bug
fixed MM highlighting minor bug
added showAllWaves and showAllSRzLines
indicator now gets some data from Statistics.mq4 for H5 wave comparison
SBZ is now limited to D1 and W1
additional variables are removed for now; I still can't see them really helping me any better over the long run; I like 'natural' stuff more than derivatives
H5 no longer shows channels since now MN1 is added; this is to reduce confusion

Statistics.mq4 v3.4 - 02 Nov 2011
improved naming convention of labels
linked to main indicator

--------------------------
CCsbrtor_TrendTrader_SemiAuto_FULL v10.8 - 29 Oct 2011
improved labeling changes thx to George
added Live P/Te monitor (beta) for momo thx to George
added AcceptableRiskPercent
projectionLine near to a SR is now main trigger
added fibs (beta); only getting the basic code up, so don't count on it yet
moved psych zones from additional variables to key variables
improved trend channel logic
improved wave plotting logic so that missing waves issue have a good chance to be fixed

OnScreenNotes.mq4 v2.1 - 29 Oct 2011
added updateAgainIn

Statistics.mq4 v3.3 - 29 Oct 2011
added anchoring timeframe

MajorsFPIanalysis v2.0 - 29 Oct 2011
*taken off due to serious bugs found. Thx to George and Zhao*
