Very good down move. Currently at +20. Senior TF still have power for good down move. Junior TF showing reversal signs. Entry done at Entry TF + near M15x96 high.

Should had taken when at max +25. Still learning how to improve my exit book.

1-Download Drain The Banks
http://kreslik.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=2095
2-Apply Basic SB.
3-Set trading platform entry : SL 8 pips, TP 5 pips.
4-Only trade when price is in the rat zone.
If in high rat zone + short SB dominant = enter short
If in low rat zone + long SB dominant = enter long

You should be able to see something every obvious.

Can you expand on that please? What timeframe have you set SB to and what are you using as your entry trigger? Rat entry on 5 min?

Ta

Use this 'indicator' instead. Its basically basic SB + my version of the rat zone being stripped down to the very core. Stripped to the point TRO told me I should call it SignalBender Zone instead.
My rat zone/SBZ doesn't use the D1 candle Hi/Lo. It uses the hi/lo ranges of M15x96 candles. Which happened to be 24 hours. Then mark the usual 20 pips.
But even if u use the usual D1 candle hi/lo, u should get the same results anyway.

The timeframe of SB you can set to is either 15 or 5. Either one will do. 15 is safer but less pips. 5 is risky unless you are very sure, but you will gain that extra 2-3 pips to beat the spread ez.
I've settle down on M12 based on research and experience, but that's for another thread.

Specific triggers :
-> when price is in the high zone + signalbender lines cross with the red pointing up = short
-> when price is in the low zone + signalbender lines cross with the green pointing up = long

Simple.

Hmm, OK. And what's the signal to exit?

Exit with an exit playbook much alike the rat.
OR...
Rely on stats.
Usually I exit when :
-Price stalls
-At +5 pips
-At +10 pips
-At +15 pips
-At +20 pips max, according to stats, 20 is the furthest I can go for most pairs.

Nothing is predictable, so take whatever you can. But thats where advanced SB comes in. It is made to anticipate the exit to some degree.
