We have the same disease Pro. While it seems I can force myself to manually trade, I hate the uncertainty and subjectivity, worse when combined with the irrationality of the market. Going 60/100 or even 6/10 manually is a mental roller coaster, especially when wins and losses are in streaks. An EA running the same W:L doesn't bother me at all, because I have calculated the expected return ahead of time - as long as it stays within the boundaries of my model, I am winning, and I am right.

Higher timeframes seem much easier to trade manually, but you also can't miss the opportunities, and if you're sitting at the computer painfully waiting, you might as well make some money on small TF's... LOL full circle, and it begins again... Go to the dark side and automate something - it will be profitable and you will start making some cash.

Wouldn't this lead me down another 5-10yr learning curve?
And then what?
I have access to all of rob bookers robots, and all his 1000's of followers robots too in the lifetime chat.

A few of those guys/gals seem to be making some $$ with em'

I don't know who that is - I wouldn't suggest using other people's EA's though. If they worked, they wouldn't be handing them out, or worse, selling them. But a simple idea like a double failure on H1/H4/D1 with an SL, TP, and some alerts when it trades perhaps? I bet you could learn to code that and have it running in a week. Or something that suits you better, that you are great at, but can't seem to follow your own rules about...

And without stashing your cash it would be getting close to zero now.
