If a trader studies the intricacies of spot FX market and charts, eventually he/she understands that mechanically following a broker's H4 OHLC does not hold always.... different brokers have different server timings and hence OHLC of H4 candles are different from broker to broker.

I could be wrong, but this may be one of the reason's why MightyOne came up with CC idea!

In my opinion candles are obscuring what can be seen,
and one has to zoom in to smaller timeframes to make sense of why
price turned here or there.

One can know with a degree of certainty where price will bounce, while not
knowing that this will become the turn in price, that is as far as I have come.

I guess it comes down to having and trading an idea, as MightyOne says and
letting money management deal with the rest.

I could have just as easily drawn my example on one of his H1 or m15 charts.
My bad.

The point is the same.
M.O. said.
Stop trying to know what is going to happen.....

The 2nd place that I falter.

One of the reasons for my asking is out of curiosity of what ICT will say.
He states we operate in an EXACTING market place that he can predict unequivocally.

ICT answered the questions via a 48min video.

His youtube settings do not allow external embedding.

Order block selection and MM (money maker)Buy Profiles

One must also be subscribed to his channel for them to be visible.

Gotta have some respect for a guy that does this for free.

Still have more respect for M.O. as he does not demand ego stroking or act like a trading god.

I approach it from the point of view that I can learn something from everyone. I'm an education whore. LOL

When you first see a man solve a Rubik's Cube in under 30 seconds you might think to yourself that he is one of the smartest men who ever lived, but in reality he is just following a simple formula.

When you realize that the people who can add/subtract three and four digit numbers in the blink of an eye or tell you what day it was in May 23 1392 or memorize multiple decks of cards are using simple tricks then suddenly you realize that you yourself are only one simple trick and 10,000 hours away from mastering any of these tricks yourself.

Trading is no different.

Totally agree.
I was thinking the same thing about that vid and a couple others I watched.
Most were just workers who mastered their craft.
No luck involved.

After being in a box plant for 20+ yrs I see evidence of the same....

And this is what a novice and unskilled trader looks like to a master.
