I see a nice possible set up. What are the green and red lines on your chart?

What way are you trading now?

I was using those to define my box for the London breakout during the month or so of testing.

They mean nothing on the above chart.
Bias of current 8hr chart swing would be up until proven wrong.

Price goes up and down so I must assume it will go up next before going down.
The orange X was an exception.

Whoa, Im lost. When I look at that chart I would say the bias is down.

What do u base price going from up to down and down to up. I see your up/down arrows, but dont know what they show. How do u decide to enter and what do u aim for. Can you show any actual trade u used this on and any lower time frame u used for entrys and exitz.

Im confused, but as long as it wins u money thats awesome.

In the post before this one I posted a pic with a buy signal.

Bodies show the way, wicks show not the way.
All positions are a sl on a htf chart.
Entries and lower/small tf's are irrelevant.

Position size is EVERYTHING as you yourself know to be a fact.

Without large size a person makes pips but not $$.
Trading is simple as you noted in previous posts by giving a couple SIMPLE methods to succeed with.

dchappy and TRO show the simplest of them all........

Heck, even ICT says to flip a coin @ the london open and go for 2 or 3:1 on every trade. Profit in your pocket by the end of the year.

I am personally still long AJ trading to a congestion area.
Also known as a hook, pennant, cone, 123, failure, breakin, supply, orderblock, breaker...... What ever.

But,

See the last candle?
Things don't bode well for my target to get hit before a larger retrace into my position.

"Momentum reduced"

On the other hand bredin would call the current image a pause n go.
Setnforget.com calls it a pre-cp... TL not yet broken on this TF though.
Forex trading coaches calls it a p1.

I just want to make $$ from my years of committed study.
So this is what I am doing now.
Having fun/building up some opm in the process.

BTW V8Power,

A black swan is a once in a billion event.
Something that hsppens in the markets every year or even every 3-4 is a white swan.

A little dirty but it's still white.

I think its you who doesnt understand your own method. You claim to trade BDP and wicks but there is none on the G/U chart u posted.

Yes u stated GU up when price was at 1.5368. Lets say u got in at 1.5370. Price went down to under 1.5335. Are u back to using large sl to make a couple of pips.

The markets are simple. Hopefully u will learn to make money one day to.

Well that little event with the swiss last year was considered a black swan event. Guess i got to witness a lucky once in a billion event.

Two weeks ago u were posting how u couldnt make 1% day, didn't have an entrance strategy and was sitting in poverty.

Now you have 12 different names for one idea. I'll bet in less then a month u will have ditched whatever it is ur doing now and be on to the next greatest idea that u have always watched the market with, while u keep on losing.

And double looking at ur AJ chart u have a perfect example of a MZ trade or BDP wick in direction of loss. Yet ur analysis is it doesn't look good to be long? Seems just the opposite. I would be long all day and heavy (unless HTF says different).

I would have been in at the bottom, with a good entry (i know u dont believe in entrys), small sl (10-12 pips) and using opm. You using another big sl (40pips) since u cant find entries?

When I began posting I freely admitted that I was not a very smart or good trader. But what you will notice in all my posts and charts posted are 3 things. Consistence, proven ideas that make money (all stolen from MO, TRO and dragon) tweeked to my trading style and simplicity. My trades are almost all MZ on DWM, double failures, rat entries, 15m MZ entries, crash zones and extremes. Also sl are small from 10 to 20 pips top and I aim for good R:R

Here is an updated G/J from last nite. We had a nice 60 pips up during Asia, then I said look for a sell at the first green x which was taken down to a 4hr and daily MZ. You then had 3 possible long trades. I exited 2 and Iam going to let one run or stop out.

Image

Next is E/A. I explained this one last night. I have 2 shorts already and looking at a third. Stil waiting for it to close lower.

Image

Here is E/J. Simple Donchain breakout during asia method I shared with pro cuz it is purely mechanical. I took half off at 50+. Also I have a half order for a sell at 123.35

Image

And last G/U. Double failure on a HTF then simple 15m entries. Took 3, exited 2 and still holding one long term.

[quoteImage][/quote]

Doubled the account, even with using very little OPM and still have open trades in profit.

If you are confident in your trading ideas and trade them consistently with good money management this is what happens. This is seriously stupid easy
