I've been pretty much been carnivore for last few years.
4-5 eggs and 12-16 oz bacon for breakfast then 1+ lb of meat with 5-7 slices of cheese for lunch.
I do eat random power crunch bars and drink some fit-aids.
Weekends I will go out for a burger and fries but most times It's a meat diet.
Pretty sure I'll gain some weight now that I'm not running around in circles all day.
Similar here. Only thing is, my body has called a meeting behind my back and decided that after all these years, it is not going to tolerate eggs! This is killin' me! I love eggs. They don't love me any more, though, so it is what it is.
