I remember watching the charts when this happened. 08'
The charts move on.

Amazingly I never did make 5% a day for 6mo. to nab my first cool million.
I'm actually surprised by my ineptness.

The best that I have ever seen you do is when you listened to TRO.

If you lose 5% then you have to make 10% in one day and if you lose 10% then you have to make 15% and so on.

The only way that you are going to average 5% is by bringing your risk close to zero, maximizing your reward, and trading to your goal instead of through your goal: If you want to average 5% then you are going to have to hit goals of about +25% while risking .5% on any given trade.

More risk is simply more risk: HIGHER RISK DOES NOT EQUATE TO HIGHER PROFIT POTENTIAL!

You say that you are inept but will you stop what you are doing and learn to manage your money or will be remain a SL+TP trader forever?

Setting a stop loss is not money management (how much do I risk?), moving your stop to BE doesn't protect you from loss, nor does moving a stop
to +5 make you a profitable trader.

Profitable traders 'stop loss' by taking profit where as BE traders try to 'take profit' by stopping loss.

Short-term goal: make something
Medium-term goal: make more
Long-term goal: profit at max size.

There are millions of birds so what makes any one more special than any other? Yet when I looked up I beheld and was satisfied in the beauty of a single bird: what good is rain if it is raining somewhere else or the sun if it is shining where I cannot appreciate it?

If you were not married to your wife then you would be married to someone else; you are not with her because she is better but because she is your little bird.

Likewise, little bird, what is it to you what I am seeking?

She is my 4th "bird".
Believe me, she is "better". lol
Not perfect but the closest I have found in 48 years to my initial vision as a young lad of the woman that I wanted to spend my life with.

The last decade out in the public eye I've shown that I am driven by fear.
My decisions are based on fear.
Why else would I keep a dead end job for 20+ years? Really.
Fear.
Even a decades long relationship could be based on fear and held together by fear.
I'll leave that one for the masses to decide.

I know too why most are here or on any other FX forum.
They are looking for their first $Mil$ or they are in hopes of finding the grail that will get them there.
Or maybe even the guru that will feed them a mil.
This drives them to keep coming back post after post after post.

But you.
You seem to be pretty emotionally stable.
Why do you keep coming back?

I'm guessing Kreslik could be your bird.

But.
I'll ask again because It's just as good a question as any
and I"m just as likely a person to ask as any other.

What is it that you seek?

Your determination is to be commended.
Coming to Kreslik to save souls would seem to be an exercise in futility.

Most here are seeking $$$.
Or so they think.

Today is the last London session with ICT.

He picked the market direction wrong yesterday and now is saying he has NO idea what the market is going to do today.

12 months, $1800 later and it comes to this.

LOL

Gotta  as it's better than crying.

Just another life's lesson in the books.

Hey, I see that my Sidewinder Aluminum cylinder heads are sitting on the porch.
Now I get to do an un-boxing video for my YT channel. yeah!!
