By the way,
Read up on some paleolitic links and the origin of the human diet.
A man can not live on a true vegan diet.......He will die.
We are made mostly of protein and 80% of our DNA formation, endocrine fuctions, and neurological activities are driven by proteins and man cannot synthesize from vegetables. We are not cows.
Soy is Death by cancer.
Beans are incomplete in their protein structures.
A true vegan will die.
EAT MEAT, vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch, and no sugar.
The whiter the bread the quicker your dead.
Search google for hyperinsulinemia, it will be very interesting!!!!

At least we can agree that TRO is a great teacher...

"A man can not live on a true vegan diet.......He will die. "

Haha, wha!?

Seriously though, you're right, he will die. He will die most likely a little bit older than the omnivore after living a life with a much lower chance of heart disease, cancer and obesity. He will die happy that he lived a compassionate life and treaded lightly.

Also, complete animal protein is not superior to complete protein from more than one plant source ? they give the same result in different ways. Protein from plant sources doesn't include excess calories from fat, toxic residues, or an overabundance of protein, which stresses the kidneys. I enjoyed reading about the paleolithic diet though, there was some entertainment value there. I guess it's fun for some to play caveman.

Personally, I haven't been sick in over two years since going vegan, and I've never felt better. Not even a cold. My immune system is the bomb! Plus, my trading is better. :)

I do agree with you though, that Americans eat far too much processed white flour and sugar.

Wait, are we on a trading site? The market just handed me 14 nice n' easy pips on a break of support, holla!
The animals of the world exist for their own reasons. They were not made for humans any more than black people were made for whites or women for men.
-Alice Walker

My best year of track competition was the first year I ate a vegan diet.

Tried 3 ways. Used screengrab, prnt screen and mt4 to capture image. 1600x1200. Then used tinypic, microsoft paint, and gimp 2 for re-sizing. None come out clear enough to read after being shrunk.

Well, not gonna change screen res. so I'm not sure what to do.

Copy and paste...copy and paste.

Try with laptop 1280x800 for charts. Conv. to 800x800.

Still squishes chart shift....indicator panel.
And screen capture with screen grab:
Edit:Deleted...to big.
How about a resize...?

Not very legible.
Oh well.

Sigh,
Up days/Down days. That's 2 in a row down counting friday.
What do we have here.
Took a couple trades Sun. eve. Lost on both.
Took the london open as I heard the G/U statistically goes without crossing over it's price more times than not.
Lost on the first and Immediately jumped on the other way to recoup the loss +2
Put a "sitdown" line on u/j this morning and was having bit trouble mentally trading away from it as price was up for the day Big time. Two longs I lost but the short I gained 11.
Here are the results.

+8.4 pips this morning on three z-line trades.
Took one last night before starting this training and bailed at -1.2
Total for today is 7.2 pips.
TRO Gratuity, Gracias, Thankyou Fund 103.22 + 29.29 = 132.62
Z-line trade from today and account info. This went for 5.4 pips from .42 line. 3 trades/no losses. The .4 was a trade I bailed on because I didn't want to hit my new (larger) stop. Took profit instead as it was up 2.4, when it dropped I said, no you don't. LOL......It went for about 8 more pips after getting out.

USD/JPY 40 S 98.267 98.241 2.6 10.59 0.00 3/31/2009 09:58 3/31/2009 09:58
USD/JPY 40 S 98.352 98.348 0.4 1.63 0.00 3/31/2009 09:51 3/31/2009 09:51
USD/JPY 40 S 98.427 98.373 5.4 21.96 0.00 3/31/2009 09:00 3/31/2009 09:03
EUR/JPY 40 B 130.017 130.005 -1.2 -4.89 0.00 3/30/2009 21:58 3/30/2009 21:59
160 7.2 29.29 0.00

Looking at the chart this was both at 5M ZL and a 15M ZL trade. Me thinks.

Today was the 2nd day that I sat down at the computer after work and u/j had a big run-up just before I got to trade. Consolidated for 2hrs both days. Then took off like rocket after I was gone.
Looks to me that DTB would have banked some pips just like TRO said even in consolidation.
1st pic is what I had to trade,
2nd pic is what happened while cooking the kids breakfast and taking them to school!!!!!!!!!
Keep in mind, NO trades short above blue line, NO trades long below it.
errrrrrrrrrrr.
I'll give her heck tomorrow.
