¿Surely, your entry would've been based on a more lower timeframe 'something', no?

Well it isn't necessary. Enter at the zline and then its all about the exit. Which in my opinion is the hardest to learn and most important. I would of exited already :D

Because you forgot to focus on the higher timeframe and where the big boys want to run out STOPS......ZeroLine the funds.

Look where the day chart wanted to go.
The immediate highs were washed out easily from my entry.

I am assuming you mean using the breakout point as a zline when PA returns to it...
It looks like a bit of simplicity that I have forgotten, but I never could get comfortable drawing a line on an H1 chart, and then trading it based strictly off of the H1 chart, without looking into the lower timeframes.

((For whatever reason, I can't upload to the Kreslik server from my phone OR tablet, so this is a tinypic link))

Omg, I can't even get a tinypic image to directly display in my post :(

At the wick or the body is vaid. Some people aren't willing to catch the falling knife, so a lower timeframe trigger can be useful. Its very useful if your risk is based on the lower timeframe.

Hi Tyger
Me too..
I always wait for a zline on a smaller tf and then i place a limit order at the original zline (if the smaller zline isn't fresh) just to see my opposite S/D level been removed before my entry.

But (may i am wrong, don't kill me Aliassmith) if you know where is your opposite level you could enter, take profit, and then double where we have our confirm.. i guess..

Excuse my english please, i'm trying to do my best :(

Training Idea:

Now that I'm not a spring chicken and I don't use anabolics or TRT I must limit volume.
I took these free workouts that klokov posted and split them in 1/2.
This type of training is FUN.

Minimum work is 3 on 1 off.
If I'm feelin it I may train up to 6-7 days in a row.
Each block consists of 20 days total training.
4 blocks in all (about 90-100 days)
Rep schemes will be changed from 8 reps to 6 to 4 to 2 for final block.

Mon-wed is home school metcons/cardio with the kids and this will continue for "health" benefits.
Day 5 in the books.
