@ this age my days of 400# DL's and 350# squats are pretty much over.
Every time I start to crank up the poundage's my back tweaks.
It's all for fun and looks with a dash of health mixed in now...

1:25am and I'm about to knock out some back extensions and shoulder work before giving the wife a foot massage.

It really is amazing how small stops can be.
Or said another way, how little space we really need.

Wrong is wrong.

How does the market seem to move so friggin slow and then while I'm watching with my mouth hanging open it goes 400 pips in the direction I'd like.
Ucad down 400 already?!?

Missing a ride feels much more painful than a small loss

I had to go out at 4 PM on that day, so closed the trade as there were some BOC news just after 4 PM. Hmmm, reaching two doubles from USD 1.60 per pip on that day helped me not to be hard on myself!

I see you are also following MightyOne's space concepts. All the very best. A Way Point target per week/1.5 weeks seems achievable.

From your thread, you seem to have amazing chart reading skills. If you work on your trading psychology, you will be trading for a living with in few weeks.

Technicals are simple.
All I need is a horizontal line OR
a 15° trendline to trade.


Ive been through a multitude of psychological programs.
None helped.

Ive been offered "help" by many via PM or otherwise.
Even through pay sites.
None helped.

Reading our "Bible" daily is paramount.

It all comes down to what a person really wants.
Everyone who has ever read my thread should be able to see more clearly than I what it is I want.

This doesnt mean I'll ever quit on my dream though!!!
