A zeroline is simply held profit.

Any place where you believe that there is held profit is a zeroline.

They are so painfully obvious that they are not even worth drawing on a chart



These lines will be around the: open, close, extreme, extreme + small profit.

Purple arrows show candles of interest.
you can see that XAU/USD is in a cone (what market isn't in "chaos"?) I guess that I should draw those before posting the chart.

Oh yeah, angles are 15* :lol:

I am still losing fat on Keto (the best lifestyle ever)!

It is my understanding that if you readjust your macros from 80/20 to 60/40 or 50/50 that your body
will take the excess protein and convert it into sugar...
So I was wondering if "carb nite" is even necessary; we could just go full blown Atkins a few days a week
to restore our glycogen(?), in theory.

Maybe good solution for sleep will be use EA with partial close and jumping stop. Possible setup:
25% partial close after 2.5 mp. Stop move or not.
50% partial close after 5 mp. Stop to BE.
Stay only with 25% for bigger move.

Thats seems rather difficult when my wins are smaller than my losers.

A life without a carb nite is not worth living. :mrgreen:

Last day here with Inlaws, Im headed to the Sugar Shack.
24 flavors of soft serve. :oops:


Think.
Our bodies are not linear.
Efficiency increases as calories drop.
Carb nite in theory resets our fat burning furnace.

Personally, I just straight up eat carbs @night, pretty much every night.
This must be tested from individual to individual.
Huge ranges in acceptable carbs will occur depending on current fat %, muscle mass, activity, ect.

Hope it is OK that I ask this in your thread.
When eating low carb - high fat can you get fatter if eating too many calories or is there some mechanism in the body to prevent that, since there is less insulin etc. What's your experience?

I recently started on a LCHF diet for fat loss but feel like I eat to many calories and worry about gaining, that would be bad.
Don't necessarily stuff myself but eat the amount that feels necessary to function at work and so on.
I have searched the internet and some say they gain weight and some say it was hard to gain on a LCHF diet.
