Oh yeah, PRO, I wanted to tell you...

Before Keto my weight would move around like 212, 208, 203, 206, 210, 212 yadda yadda
but I looked down today and the scale actually displayed 199.4!

It was like shooting the first duck, I now know that it is possible to get below 200 pounds :lol:

80% fat (BIG JUICY BURGERS, BACON, you name it...), vegetables, lots of water, and 1 or 2 lemons per day.

Thanks again PRO for the most awesome meal plan ever ;)

Be sure to re-set your hormonal system on a regular basis (back-load/flexible diet/reverse diet/ blah blah)
OR your fat burning carburetor will become tuned like an electronic fuel injection system........much too efficient for burning gobs of blob.

I do drink liquor but now I consume it when I find myself retaining a lot of water :wink:

I'm not sure that I understand, how is it possible to be too efficient at burning fat & how is that a bad thing?

Don't get me wrong, I would love to eat a box of Krispy Kremes one day out of the week :lol:

It is not fat in particular.
It is our efficiency burning energy as a whole.
As we reduce calorie intake our bodies adapt by increasing efficiency.
Which is why with most diets a person must eat less and less while fat loss slows and eventually stops.
Finally we get to a point where we cannot eat enough to even maintain proper nutrient intake.
