Do you know what you can do with 45 micros using Space Wars?

Let's say that you accumulate to $3/pip & ~100 space, now you can macro pip 3 daily charts for $1 each.

15 macros is then $150 (or +5 macros * 3 charts) & you can continue trading at that level for as long as your space survives.

If success were a straight path then everyone would walk it

I'm going back to shooting ducks.

Macro Pips
Weekly and Daily chart.
#1 In direction of profit.
#2 While never adding to a trade showing loss.

The ONLY thing that will hold me back is if I do NOT increase my loss size when I'm suppose to.
A decision about this needs to be made.
And it must become a #3.

I add 1/2 scoop of this to my coffee to make it creamy and delicious.

I would toss the egg whites and add 4 more egg yolks to balance all of that protein, but that's just me.

Today I didn't eat very much:

12 ounces of bacon (560 calories), 1 pound of ground lamb (1280 calories), and a can of smoked oysters (170 calories); 2010 calories for the day & a total cost of $14.58...I get health and $7,000 off my yearly grocery bill, what a deal

I take vitamin: C, D3, K1, K2, Magnesium, & Milk Thistle.

I bought 5 pounds of Chia Seeds, not sure how many can be consumed in a day but I am going to target 5 ounces.

5oz has 685 calories, 20g protein, 55g of fiber, 5 net carbs, 90% of your calcium, and lots of fat.

A 1LB bag of chia seeds has nearly 2200 calories for ~$8 & they don't taste like anything so you
can just toss them in your eggs...or do chia shots

My full lineup of supps taken sporadically.
Like sometimes days in a row and other times not for a week or so.

D3,
mag,
B-100
C,
Triple strength one a day fish caps(3-6)
Krill oil (a couple now and then)
Creatine
Protein powder(1/2 scoop)
Coconut oil

I never count calories as it is a measurement of heat energy and has nothing to do with my bodies energy requirements.

http://authoritynutrition.com/debunking ... orie-myth/

The world can argue about nutrition longer/harder than traders can argue or devise ways to make $$ or lose it in the markets.

Fact of the matter.

Does it make $$?
Does it make my body look/feel like I want?

Profit or unprofitable.
Ripped or fat?
Energetic or slothful?

You burn between 1800 & 2500 calories while resting (sedentary) & that is why diets are based on 2100 calories.

If I looked like PRO I'd probably have to consume 4000 calories just to maintain muscle mass

I believe that to be false. Some studies show that muscle only
Has a slight increase in caloric consumption. Metabolism is
More of a genetic thing which you can alter to some extent.
I have a friend that i worked out with that could not grow
Unless he ate 4000 calories a day.

Everyone is different to some extent and you'll need to figure
Out your personal needs. I personally am carb sensitive and
Have to watch how much i consume or i gain weight.

Imma be like TRO on this one.

It's not HOW much you eat, it's WHAT you eat that matters.

Eat meat, veggies, nut n seeds, some fruit, very little starch and NO sugar.
(Unless you are re-setting your fat burning furnace every 7-10 days OR lift heavy weights regularly,
Then if you know different, do different. ;)

#1 never let yourself get hungry lest you succumb to the smell of a big mac or Ice cream bar.
#2 Shift all carbs to the evening. (must be dark outside)

I'm 5'10" 175#,
I really don't eat much as the foods I do eat keep me FULL longer AND give me the energy I need to perform at my peak performance.

MARKETS OPEN, NUFF OF THIS NONSENSE, LETS FIND SOME TRADES. HEHEHEHEEHE
