Yeah yeah,
Nzd is the exception to #2 below.

We will call it. Opportunity.

Hi Pro , I haven't been following much , but was wondering why you aren't taking the hooks lower ?

I have decided to never add to a trade that is showing a loss. Simple decision.

Trading WITH the bigger picture trend is my last obstacle before I become wildly successful as a trader.

Its been a hum dinger to overcome.
It cant go any lower ya know. LOL!!!!

EVEN WORSE,
The fear of price reversing and me entering at the END of a run in the WRONG direction.

That is worse than Death.

What happened to the laughter PRO?

You should remember that a 50 pip move against you is only 5 macro pips.

When you place a trade on a small chart and price moves 5 pips against you do you panic? Of course not.

What do you do? Think about it & do the same thing on the daily.

Think of the daily chart as a small chart caught in a warp-bubble within which time and price move much slower.

If there is any fear then it is probably due to your trade size being too large.

Without the benefit of a small chart there is a need to scale out of trades.

First you tell me that carbs and sugar are evil and then you show me a picture of a guy eating carbs to get a six pack...

Judging by what I've read from procharged, we basically eat and exercise the same way.....ie. High-protein, high good fats, low carbs, low fructose (as he says little fruit), along with Olympic movements to engage multiple muscle groups.
When restricting carbs for a long period of time, your body will start trying to compensate by storing fat in case of emergency situations where you might not have any food ( which basically never happens in modern day). In order to prevent this from happening you have to do a carb re-feed once in a while to restore leptin levels, this will allow your body to continue burning fat leading to a 'ripped MO'.
If Olympic movements are not your forte, try doing kettle bell swings or Tabata sprints. Tabata sprints can be done in less than five minutes time and they will melt the fat off your body very quickly...... but be warned they are very intense.

he will explain everything in simple english. ;)

uuuum,
I don't think you want me to do what I do when scalping OR I'll be adding to my loser when price moves 2-4.5 pips against me.

I can scalp AJ all week long for 10 pips with a 55 pip sl.
On a DAily that is 1 pip scalps with 5.5 SL.

So If I go for 5-10 Macro pips,
This means I will ADD to a loser @ 20 - 45 MP's.....OR when price goes 200-450 pips against me.

Nah, I'll just use an 8-10 MP SL and go for 4-5 MP's.

You got it.

Any heavy lifting exercises will work. Even Bodyweight movements.
You can make them extremely hard by doing one arm or one leg variations.

Basic premise of carb backloading is to shift all of them to the eve. preferably after an intense workout.
If It is just fat loss your after then its gonna be more strict and reboot only once every 7-10 days.
