Get some popcorn or a little fuzzy drink unless your on a getting ripped cycle and be ready for a few laughs too.

Even if we only add ONE tool to our box it is well worth the 1.5hrs spent watching. We' will most likely be in front of charts anyway. LOL

Saying that you can make a 1000% a year is not that much different than saying that price moves hundreds of pips from one weekly extreme or the other.
While PRICE DOES move hundreds of pips that doesn't mean that YOU WILL do what it takes to move with it.

1000% requires three very difficult tasks that become easier over time:
1) pushing the 'buy-buy-buy' button two extra times per trade.
2) doing what it takes to move with long term price action to a %target.
3) keeping your mind off of your current account size & only thinking about what you started with.

The questions is if you are willing to dream or are you always going to take the path of least resistance; the path of mediocrity.

My edited/personalized version of the traders contract.
I have not signed this yet. Having trouble picking up a pen or digitally signing it. :)
Also, still need to select someone to give the password to my acct. and it's NOT gonna be my wife. LOL

I mentioned it to her, She said: "are you sure about that?" "If you start following your rules you will start to make $$, Is that really what you want"?.......

Smarty pants

Procharged's Success Contract

1) What I want most from trading is The ability to create an unlimited source of income. I agree that this contract is the way for me to get what I want.

2) I agree to do 15 minutes of system refinement and testing every day Using FXTester and/or Mt4 chart markups.

3) I agree to only trade my Class A trade setup, and nothing else, for at least the next 60 days. During this 60 day period, I may refine or change entries and exits, but the base trading method will stay the same.

4) I agree that accumulation is more important than anything else,
so for the next 60 days I will withdraw my profits on a weekly basis into a bank savings account, and not increase my trade size during that time.
NOT!!!!, I'M A SPACE TRADER WHICH MEANS: I PROTECT THE LEVERAGE SIDE OF MY LEDGER WHILE USING THE RISK SIDE FOR MAXIMAL GAIN OVER THE NEXT 60 DAYS.........and beyond.

5) I agree to recruit a trading accountability partner who will have full access to my trading account. I agree to allow this person to close my open trades if they exceed my agreed-upon risk and entry parameters.

6) I agree that no loss will equal more than 5% of my trading capital. If I let a trade exceed that loss by not following rules OR adding to my open loser, my trusted partner will change the password to my trading account and turn it back on after 14 days.
On the second risk violation, my trusted partner will suspend trading for 30 days.
A third violation will be a 90 day suspension.
A forth violation will result in a loss of trading privileges for 180 days.
A fifth and its all over, done. Finished.

Who ever becomes my "hall monitor" will have the duty of watching my acct to see if I'm taking Class A only trades and not exceeding 5% risk.
If I go down the No more trading road, Said person can withdraw remaining balance.

Why would I need it anyway. LOL

Ouch, harsh, I took Procharged's name off this and added my own in. This applies to me. I've bought into him solely but for sometime I've been a failure. But I've been drifting for sheesh....years. That being said you and many others have been kind enough to push me back on path with your success. I know that you came here just like I did not knowing S$%# and I know that you are successful today. I am not. Can only look internally on that one. Got to start walking right and I've been doing that for a short time, need to turn it into a long time. I had a child and had totally neglected my job for trading and it put me into a s**t place. Now that I've successfully gotten out of that place and life is good (another one on the way!) I have no more excuses (and I hate excuses). Thanks for your contributions to this community Alias. I've only ever been around here but I am biased to this site as just top notch in it content of traders who are out there doing it.

The question is often worth many times more than the answer.

If price is moving sideways then view the price action from a higher chart period.
Does it look like profit taking? Maybe it is.
Does it look like resistance?

It is probably false.

I didn't want to say that it usually takes 6 to 8 years to become a full time trader.

Here are a few things that he can do to knock off 4-5 years:

1) always place your stop at & trade from long term extremes.

2) don't move your stop loss to protect profit, that is what losers do.
If you want to protect your profit then TAKE A PROFIT!

3) Larger bodies show the way & small bodies shift attn to larger bodies.

4) Do not assume, when price bends backwards, that it is automatically a sign that you are wrong. Understand the need of the market to cancel profits; if you expect something like what you are seeing then that something is not problematic, even if it goes against basic technical analysis.

5) If you are not the god of day trading then you MUST increase your lot size whenever possible to negate your lack of skill; if the numbers work then it doesn't matter how crappy your skills are

6) as you gain experience you will want to complicate your trading...don't!

7) don't risk much more than 0.5% per 10 pips.
When you double your lots and halve your space your risk stays the same (is "normalized").

About my legend  you're funny.

Yes I started trading Futures as a teenager

Yes I made boatloads of cash from day one; but how could I not with prices at 30 year lows?

No I didn't acquire Walmart
Something happened to me when I made money too quickly...
I lost my desire to make more of it
