Whether it be channels, triangles, blah blah, price goes from patterns to patterns. When price FAILS to go to one side mid way through it will then go out the other side. So what does price do when it goes to the middle of a pattern and then fails to leave it the way it came in? Goes to the other side. Talk about basic shiz. Is trading really more complicated? YES. You've got to be WRONG at times. THAT is where EVERYONE succeeds or FAILS. Why? Because it's what we do when we are wrong that counts.

Separating patterns from breakouts is 1 part obvious and 2 parts an art form.

There are no single prices from which price will bounce; more like a collection of patterns around a price that take on a familiar shape.

The outside circles are breakouts 'to something'. . .'something' also being a pattern.

As with any shape, price with either move up and out or dn and out.

You should trust your gut, and your gut should be based on simple analysis:

What is gained through complexity is lost in missed opportunities.

Oh, I pulled a truck motor and checked out my gramps old transit today.
Gonna use it for setting up forms on the two small houses I'm building.

Calling for low to be taken, getting in early as usual. Taking profit.

Even though I don't post here often I'm grinding every day!!!!

Basic layout but I decided to add 4 more feet to each on rhe back to increase utility room and bedroom size. Will build a 2nd bedroom on each next year.

May go ahead and build the 2nd one as a 2 bedroom to start.

Each will have a two car carport.

One is for my daughter and the other to rent unless one of the boys wants it.

Basic layout but I decided to add 4 more feet to each on rhe back to increase utility room and bedroom size. Will build a 2nd bedroom on each next year.

May go ahead and build the 2nd one as a 2 bedroom to start.

Personally, as a minimalist, I'd have a:
- u-shaped counter space with just a sink.
- portable electric stove, crockpot, hang pans on the wall.
- a place to hang meat that you are drying.
- no sink in the bathroom, they can wash in the kitchen:
toilet where you have the sink, back half a walk-in shower.
- open floor plan, instead of a bedroom, couch-bed, mini freezer and fridge.

I was going to build her a tiny house of 360sq ft next to the 3-2 my son is living in. He said he would have to move. These were both supposed to be rentals but they may both have kids livig in them. I Can rent the 2 bedrooms in this area for $1400 mo. I'm making them pay $300 ea house.

Been doing this all day posting on CA and K2 discords.
Was a nice 1:1 on the short after exit.
