IMO, you're better off looking for the trend than playing the regression to the mean:

With reversals, you get paid to work, whereas with trends you get paid to do nothing.

Speaking for myself, you don't always want to be working you want to, at some point, see the fruit of your labor.

Even though it breaks my heart, we'll use platinum as an example

This is what morning-wood looks like: candles printing in one direction, simple as 1-2-3, no guessing.

You are 100% correct. Less chance of drawdown, More and quicker profits.
This week I will be focusing more on the HTF charts/chart. m1.

Nah, really I'd like to look at the 144 and 12m on a regular basis.
m1 for entry structure, 5sec down to 1 sec for small risk levels.

Was fiddling with BTC.
When I first started this afternoon not sure what happened other than NO STOP LOSS.

Kept adding 2 units 2 units, 2 units. LOL
WTF?
Was like, it's blow or go baby. And that 24 unit trade ended up being the biggest win. LOL
Actually added more as it started going the right way, that's a change.


The rest were all pretty good trades with not much drawdown.

I learned my lesson buying crypto. . .
trade the futures contract, don't buy crypto unless your intent is to actually use it.

As far as using a SL, I'd be inclined to wait for price to break the bounds of the M1 chart before worrying about a stop.

Testing MT5 on phone for 2 days and a couple trades on Friday.
You know, while shopping, eating dinner working out, loading for week vacation sitting on toilet, blah blah. lol

The feel is pretty close to TV with just a couple xtra taps for tp/sl.

There is a disconnect on ph from PC which makes it much easier for me to trade.

Not great results but a start.

First few trades at .01/.02, then went to .05 most of them.
Stepping up as acct balance grew.
If I took a few more at .1 would have hit 100% easy.
Decided to go back to TV instead. hahahha

Weekend BTC packing up and driving to new thanksgiving dinner location.
Goal is to get back home from this 7 day trip with my weight the SAME as I left the house. heheeheheehe
