"you are playing with my emotions"
This is driving me mad and making me feel insanely stupid
I think we were posting at the same time and there were several posts that just popped up.
"So price is falling: OOOO
It rallies 10: X
You still have: OOOO
It rallies another 10: OOOOXX
Another 10: OOOOXXX
Declines 10: OOOOXXX
Declines another 10: OOOOXXXOO "
"That is why you see FOUR BIG BLACK X's to 8810! " In the above example (Another 10: OOOOXXX) you only drew THREE X's to 8810!? Is it 3 or 4, on the move to 8810?
MO, I am VERY VISUAL LEARNER!, Words just confuse me

2nd try at graphing the example:
http://i54.tinypic.com/16m7e60.jpg
Explanation:
Where MO marked the first black "x"'s 8810 to 8820 was not a large enough move to reverse, it needed to hit 8830.
Where MO marked the last red "x"'s at 8800 to 8790 was not a large enough move to reverse, it needed to hit 8780 in order to draw in 2 red "x"'s.

That example had nothing to do with the chart.
I was just trying to explain how the chart is drawn.

I don't think "breached" counts, a box HAS TO BE FILLED.
I'm wondering if MO just meant the 4 black "X"s he drew on his example, but if you drew that on a PnF graph paper, it would just be 3 black "X"s
But MO places his X's on the lines...
[edit] no, never the mind... MO's text example isn't based on the chart... eish... Sorry for confusing you, you are right PT.
